For events you have not experienced, you can choose the 'does not apply' options to rapidly move through the survey.

The most important questions on the survey are those asking what words of encouragement and advise you would give to others. Please include the support and advice that was helpful for you, or what you wish someone had said to you. Your responses will be used to help in the individual and relationship recoveries of partners preparing for these events. You may answer "N/A" if you do not wish to share encouragement or advise.
