This survey of the help-seeking experiences of Partners of Sex and Pornography Addicts in their faith-based communities is seeking the input of those who participate in a formal religious organization or faith-based practices. The results of this survey will be used to inform faith-based leaders, as well as professionals who treat faith-based partners, of the needs of this group.
